Here is the link to the book English Alive in the South African Library checkout system. It was authored by Kathleen Heugh and Anita Kennet and is available for checkout in their system. It is a book of High school writings by S. African high school students. It was published in 1991 by the two professors whom I have added information about each below.

I am contacting you in regard to a book that you and Anita Kennet published in 1991 called English Alive. This book has a passage that claims that Nelson Mandela died on July 23rd of 1991. I would like to ask if that was one of the student stories of if it was part of the Prologue, Foreword or Epilogue or Glossary. If so, can you tell me how it came to be in the book that he died in 1991? Was that something that you or Ms. Kennet wrote and if so, why did you write that? I am interested to know because I am a member of a community who is researching Nelson Mandela and obviously he died in 2013. So I would love to get your input as to how this passage made its way into the book. Thank you in advance for your time.
