Whether the camera is leveled or not it should not matter at all. The center of the image should remain where it is in BOTH situations - in the water. The camera should simply zoom in to the center. There shouldn't be such a difference at all.
Why does the center of the image go extremely up in the first video, and to the water in the second one ? Why is the second situation so interesting ?

When the camera is leveled, zooming collects exactly the sunray that goes through point B. It's a sort of balance point, it's like looking through our eye that is...the perfect leveler. Why does the level go into the water ? Because there are two factors:
1.Earth's concavity - leveled camera would never show water in the center of the view for a convex Earth.
2.Light bending up - the center of the image goes up with the leveled camera as well. You can clearly see this by placing your mouse right in the middle of the image before zooming.

Combining these two factors gives us this result. The level is..below the horizon. In fact we can see..concavity.

Why does the center of the image go up into the sky in the first situation ? Because..zooming collects a different sunray. Not the one in point B. manj
